• Respond to enquiries and provide quotations
• Confirm, manage, and fulfil bookings
• Communicate with you before, during, and after your event (including reminders, logistics, and follow-ups)
• Maintain internal booking records

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing our services.

WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

We communicate with clients primarily through WhatsApp, which is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages sent to us via WhatsApp are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform in order to respond to your enquiries and manage your booking. We may also use tools such as Google Sheets or similar booking/record-keeping software to log and organise booking information internally. These tools are used solely for our own business operations and are not used to share your data publicly.

Data Retention

We retain booking and client communication records for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and as needed to meet our legal, accounting, or administrative obligations. If you would like your information removed sooner, you may contact us to request this (see "Your Rights" below).
